This weeks "would you eat this" winner is

Ok I love mashed potatoes. But why in the hell would someone put YOGURT in them? And the blood on this plate running into them makes me want to hurl looking at it.

You sure that's mashed potatoes? Looks like fried-something. I know people use yogurt sometimes instead of butter, etc to lower the fat. I know I'd prefer yogurt over cottage cheese - which has an automatic hurl factor for me.

I think that blood is gravy...from what, though, is the question.

Sorry, that looks like some sort of fried soufflé. My family would never buy that those were mashed potatoes if I served 'em up like that.

I loved mashed potatoes and want the real thing when I make them. Her stuff almost looks like that polenta she posted recently.
