Again are you kidding me??

Ok so we get a call yesterday telling us that "we are sorry but it could take up to a year (yes this is right) to get the CA state tax owed to you!!" Ok are you serious?? That amount is a BIG chunk and I am PISSED to say the least. In these times people need there money and this is not one thing I needed to hear. Now if we owed them they would be all over us with penalties and such. But you can bet your bottom dollar that they will not be paying us interest on the money they OWE us. Apparently Arnie baby has not getting it together and done a budget for the state which is holding up the Feds from helping them. Needless to say I am over and beyond pissed right now
