And so we start
Over Christmas break me andf the kids would watch a movie together every night just about. For some reason they were running the old "Parent Trap" (which in my opinion was MUCH better than the Lohan version). Me and Caleb got to talking about how much better the first versions of things were. For example "Willy Wonka" (ok Joanne I know you hate the ompa's (sp)) do not get me wrong I love Johnny Depp but Gene Wilder was so so so much better in that role, and so were the ompa's LOL. Anyway, it got me to thinking of all the old movies that my kids have never seen and went to Netflix and found them all. So now we are getting all those movies. Started getting them this week and can not wait to sit with my kids and watch them. Curious to see if they like them.

Find "The Apple Dumpling Gang" with Tim Conway and Don Knotts. Watched it with the kids over Christmas and they loved it! So did we, all over again...

We watch a lot of old movies--but my idea of old and yours may be different--because I'm so old lol

all the old Disney, unanimated ones. Like The Ugly Dachshund both Parent Traps, Flubber, Herbie (another one Lohan ruined) and so forth. We just got in Witch Mountain and Escape to Witch Mountain. They have them all so this should be a lot of fun reliving them with my kids. Funny how many were made before I was even born.
